Stacy Begin

Stacy Begin is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in the field of education. Currently a School Board Member for Oceanside Unified School District since December 2018, Stacy also serves as a CTA Staff Consultant with the California Teachers Association, a role held since August 2007, which includes expertise in areas such as common core, assessment, education technology, special education, and teacher evaluation. From 1999 to 2018, Stacy held the position of Associate Professor and Adjunct in the Special Education and Teacher Education Departments at National University. Stacy earned an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Argosy University between 2001 and 2003.
