Chris Bray

Chris Bray has extensive work experience in various finance and business roles. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at OceanX, LLC, a premier fulfillment company in the beauty and wellness industries. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Nuzuna Zone Fitness, where they used technology to drive favorable outcomes in fitness and wellness.

Chris has also worked as the Vice President of Global Finance at Getronics, a global ICT integrator, and as the Managing Director at MMG Advisors, Inc., where they provided guidance and expertise in mergers and acquisitions for businesses in the consumer products, retail, and fashion sectors.

Before that, they served as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group, LLC, advising private equity clients on various aspects of transactions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Director at PwC, where they served private equity fund and corporate clients in financial due diligence and worked in the firm's restructuring advisory group.

Chris started their career at PwC France as a Manager, managing international assignments and leading engagements for multinational corporate and private equity clients. Chris also worked as an Associate and Senior Associate at PwC, gaining experience in financial audit engagements and providing M&A support for private equity clients.

From 1995 to 2000, Chris Bray attended the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) degree. Chris'sfield of study was focused on business and accounting.
