Dr. Destinee Prete has a wealth of experience in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology, psychometrics, certification programs, medical/emergency planning, logistics management, policy management, risk management, and contingency planning. In 2022, they began working as the Director of Certification & Accreditation & Lead Executive Serving the Military Community for OCEG (Open Compliance & Ethics Group). In this role, they provided consultation on accreditation standards for all certification and credentialing tasks, led assessment efforts, and developed and delivered a plan linked to strategy. Dr. Destinee also began working as the Chief Industrial Psychology Practitioner for GRC Certify and as the Founder & Lead Expert for I/O Military Experts. In 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of PG Strategies Group, where they provided innovative strategies and expertise to organizations, leaders, and stakeholders. Additionally, they became an Expert Advisor for SEBOC (The Society of Evidence-Based Organizational Consulting) and an Industrial & Organizational Psychology Practitioner / Psychometrician /Senior Strategist for Global Skills X-Change (GSX). In 2021, they began working as an Adjunct Professor for Florida Institute of Technology, Nathan M. Bisk College of Business and as a Certified Veteran Developmental Coach (CVDC) for Coach for Veterans. In 2019, they began working as a Senior Program Manager / Senior Management Consultant for the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Medical Services and as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst. Dr. Destinee also began working as a Warrior Transition Unit (WTU) Transition Coordinator (TC) for the Department of the Army.

Dr. Destinee Prete has an extensive education history. Dr. Destinee obtained a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Tampa in 2008, a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix in 2010, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: a Credentialing Specialist Certificate from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence in 2021, a Certificated Veteran Developmental Coach (CVDC) from BlueRio Strategies & BlueRio Institute in 2017, and a Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer (RBLP-T) from the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP) in 2022.
