Erica Neher

Erica Neher has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Erica currently holds the position of Vice President of Account Management at OCHIN, Inc. Since 2018, they have held various roles, including Director of Perioperative Programs at ThedaCare, VP of Advisory Services at Evergreen Healthcare Partners, Vice President Strategic Partnerships at Care Directives, and Healthcare and EHR Advisor at Excel Medical. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Senior Vice President of Healthcare Strategy at Kno2. Prior to that, they worked at SSM Health as the Director of Interoperability and in various management roles. Erica also has experience in staff development and mentorship at St. Mary's/Dean Ventures Ambulatory Surgery Center, as well as clinical systems architecture at Dean Clinic. Their work involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives, improving patient outcomes, optimizing healthcare delivery, and enhancing interoperability and data exchange in the healthcare industry.

Erica Neher earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from St. Norbert College in 1998. Erica also studied Geology as part of their undergraduate program. In 1997, Erica briefly studied International and Intercultural Communication at the University of Newcastle in Australia. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Communication at Illinois State University, completing it between 1998 and 2000.
