Michał Widelski

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where support is provided for innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha has also contributed as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge and held advisory positions for various organizations, including the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and specialized courses from MIT and PMI.
