Joshua Richardson has a diverse work experience. JOSHUA began their career at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Salesman from February 2018 to October 2018. JOSHUA then joined Elawan Energy as a Development and Operations Analyst from May 2021 to September 2021. After that, they worked as an Operations and Compliance Analyst at Elawan Energy from December 2021 to March 2023, where they handled NERC & FERC compliance requests and assisted with day-to-day operations for the company's energy projects. JOSHUA is currently employed at OCI Solar Power LLC as a Senior Project Development Associate since March 2023.

Joshua Richardson attended Texas Tech University from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Wind Energy. During their time at Texas Tech University, they also completed a minor in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business.
