Russ Eihausen

Russ Eihausen has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the retail and insurance industries. Russ most recently served as the Director of Operations at OCI Insurance, where they were responsible for overseeing operations. Prior to that, they worked at OCI Services, Inc as a Project Coordinator. Russ also has extensive experience at SEARS HOMETOWN STORE, where they served as the District Sales Manager for 11 years, managing multiple stores and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Russ began their career at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Store Manager, demonstrating strong leadership skills and achieving revenue goals. Throughout their career, Russ has consistently focused on customer satisfaction and maintaining brand standards.

Russ Eihausen obtained their Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Columbus High School from 1984 to 1988. Russ later pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Russ Eihausen obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2021.
