MES Change Analyst at Oclaro

Rafael Santiago began their work experience in 2011 as a Continuous Improvement Engineer Trainee at Epedal, SA. During this role, they led a project focused on optimizing a production line for the automotive industry through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools. In 2012, they worked as a Production Manager at Adico, SA. In 2013, they served as a Customer Service and Logistics Manager at Bosch Termotecnologia SA. From 2014 to 2015, they worked in customer service at Whittlebury Hall Conference, Training Centre, Hotel & Spa. Starting in 2015, they joined OCLARO, first as a Process Technician from August 2015 to December 2016, and later as an MES Change Analyst from January 2017.

Rafael Santiago obtained a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Universidade de Aveiro between the years 2010 and 2012.
