Danny Singleton

Danny Singleton is currently serving as the Judge of Probate for Oconee County, South Carolina, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Danny held the role of Judge at Seneca Municipal Court from November 1998 until November 2023, and also served as Judge of the same court in a retired capacity from November 1998 to December 2022. Additional judicial experience includes a tenure as Judge for Westminster Municipal Court from April 2003 to February 2015. Prior to these roles, Danny worked as an Investigator for the 10th Circuit Solicitor's Office from February 1995 to November 1998 and had a law enforcement role in Oconee County, SC from March 1990 to November 1998. Danny holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Tri-County Technical College.
