Heather Nicholson

Heather Nicholson is a seasoned cost estimator with extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction projects. Currently positioned as Cost Estimator II at OCMI, Inc. since July 2023, Heather previously served as a Project Estimator at Hunter Pacific Group and as a Residential Construction Estimator for a general contractor in Texas. During earlier tenure at L-3, Heather held the role of Senior Cost Estimator, focusing on material cost estimates and client alignment. Additionally, Heather has a background as a Financial Analyst, where management of financial planning for Department of Defense contracts was key. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Tarleton State University, earned between 2004 and 2006.
