Michele Koper serves as the Director of Instructional Technology and Innovation at Oconomowoc Area School District since August 2017 and previously held the position of Coordinator of Continuous Improvement and Innovation. Koper was the Director of KM Global Charter School at Kettle Moraine School District from January 2013 to July 2017, leading innovative student opportunities and overseeing daily operations. Prior experience includes teaching at the School District of Kettle Moraine from August 2006 to July 2017, specializing in Advanced Placement courses and interdisciplinary projects. Koper has also worked as an adjunct professor at Carroll University and held positions at JPMorgan Chase and Trek Bicycle Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
