Bhavya Sehgal is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager for OCP Group's South-East Asia operations since March 2023, Bhavya focuses on enhancing agricultural practices through customized plant nutrition solutions. Prior experience includes leading roles at Stanley Black & Decker, where Bhavya significantly improved the profitability of the Asia business unit and established market leadership in the ride-on mower segment. Bhavya has also held leadership positions at Engine and Frontier Strategy Group, where Bhavya spearheaded P&L responsibilities and developed strategic roadmaps for growth. Educational qualifications include an MBA from T A Pai Management Institute and participation in executive programs at Harvard Business School, among others.
