Nirmine Rhout

Project Lead Innovation at OCP Group

Nirmine Rhout has a diverse range of work experience. nirmine began their career as an intern at SNOP in 2012. From there, they became the President of EMI-Qualité from September 2012 to June 2013. Following this, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Jacob Delafon in July 2013, where they provided energy saving solutions and conducted technical and economical studies. In 2014, they worked as a Graduate Intern at Bel, where they focused on reducing fuel consumption and providing energy saving solutions. Most recently, Nirmine worked at OCP SA from January 2015 to August 2018, initially as an Ingénieur Process & Responsable QSE, where they managed production, improved processes, and ensured compliance with ISO standards. nirmine then became a project lead Innovation, although the end date for this role is unknown.

Nirmine Rhout completed a Master's degree in process engineering at Ecole Mohammadia d'Ingénieurs (EMI) from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Auditeur IRCA ISO 9001:2015 from Groupe AFNOR in 2019.
