Pierre Pronovost

Pierre Pronovost has extensive experience in IT management and consulting roles. Pierre served as the Senior Director of IT Operations at OCS Ontario Cannabis Store, overseeing IT services and operations. Prior to that, they were the Director of IT Managed Services at the same company, responsible for managing vendors and budgets. Before joining OCS, Pierre worked as a Principal Consultant at Quadaptive, providing technology consulting services and project management. Pierre also held various managerial positions at TELUS, including Manager of the Program Office and Technology Strategy Manager, where they led the strategic vision and implementation of retail technology. Additionally, Pierre served as the Senior Manager of IT & Shared Services at Gap Inc. Canada, responsible for IT infrastructure and support for over 325 locations.

Pierre Pronovost attended Laval University from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - Business degree. Pierre then returned to Laval University from 1988 to 1992 and pursued a General Bachelor degree in Sociology, Politics, and Computer Programming.
