Rebecca Rostron

Rebecca Rostron has extensive experience in project delivery, acquisition and integration, and business change management. Rebecca currently holds the position of Head of Project Delivery, Group Integration at OCS Group since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Project Delivery (UKIME) at OCS Group UK from 2022 to 2023. Rebecca also worked as the Acquisition and Integration Manager at Accomplish Group from 2021 to 2022. Rebecca has experience in senior project management and business change roles, having served as the Senior Projects Manager/Head of Projects at Midland Heart from 2015 to 2021. Rebecca started their career as a Project Manager at Nottingham Trent University in 2002 and held various positions there, including Project Reporting Analyst and Business Change Manager. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Techsearch from 1999 to 2002.

Rebecca Rostron earned a Higher Educational Diploma in BENG Mechanical Engineering from Nottingham Trent University from 1996 to 1999. Rebecca also obtained various certifications, including TAP Certificate in eLearning Design from the Training Foundation in 2008 and ILM Introductory Certificate in First Line Management from Nottingham Trent University in 2007. In addition, they received Level A & Level B Foundation Psychometrics from The British Psychological Society in 2004 and a Certificate in Training Practice from CIPD Qualifications in 2003. Rebecca has additional certifications such as Associate Member from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2021, APMG Change Management from APMG International in 2020, and Project Management from TestDome in 2019. Rebecca Rostron also holds a Prince2 Practitioner certification from APMG-International in 2008 and Certified IT Trainer and Certified Live Online Facilitator/Trainer certifications from IITT in 2006.
