Raysa Lopes has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Raysa started their career in 2012 as an Estagiária de Direito at Conjunto Penal de Juazeiro. After that, they worked as a Consultora de Inovação at Cysneiros e Consultores Associados Ltda in 2015.

In 2016, they joined SEBRAE-GO as an Agente de Inovação, where they prospected small businesses for participation in Sebrae projects, conducted visits, conducted management diagnostics, and developed action plans. Raysa also implemented Canvas to assist entrepreneurs in their businesses.

In 2018, they joined Stone as a Comercial BI, where they prospect and developed new clients, fostered the company culture in various retail segments, and aimed to improve the payments market in Brazil. Later, in the same company, they worked as an HR-Recruiter, providing strategic support to Commercial Expansion leaders in areas such as employer branding, onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, retention, separations, and succession planning.

In 2020, they joined Cornershop as a Shopper Trainer Supervisor for a short period.

Currently, they are working at Octadesk as a Senior Recruiter, leveraging their expertise in recruitment and selection and assisting in talent acquisition.

Overall, Raysa has gained experience in recruitment, business development, innovation consulting, and legal internships in their professional journey.

Raysa Lopes attended FACAPE from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Direito. Raysa'sfield of study at FACAPE focused on COMERCIAL and CIVIL law.
