Meg Julian

Meg Julian is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a robust background in risk management. Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Octagon Credit Investors since April 2012, Meg has held various compliance roles, including Chief Compliance Officer and Compliance Officer. Prior experience includes Assistant General Counsel and Compliance Officer positions at Oak Hill Capital and a Compliance Officer role at Columbia Wanger Asset Management. An early career stint as a Summer Associate in the litigation department at Citigroup provided exposure to employment litigation and securities arbitration. Meg began a professional journey at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy as an editor while earning a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Notre Dame.
