María Jimena Escobar

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently, Mariana serves as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a role held since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has been working as an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Propietaria/Gerente at Barbería El Galgo Negro (November 2017 - November 2019), Nutrióloga at Consultorio Particular (February 2016 - 2019), and Catedrático universitario at a labor training school, where subjects taught included applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food.
