Stephen Forman

Stephen Forman has extensive experience in human resources and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Analytics & HR Systems at Octagon. Previous roles include Manager of Analytics & HR Systems and HR Specialist at the same company. Prior to Octagon, Stephen worked as an HR Coordinator at Hyatt Regency Greenwich and Boca Raton Resort & Club, where responsibilities also included roles as Concierge and Bellman. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Lynn University, completed between 2004 and 2008, and attended Trinity Catholic High School.
