We are looking for a motivated IT Operations Manager based in Irving, TX to lead their New York and Dallas/Irving, Texas IT teams. This person will be responsible for leading the IT staff to carry out the upgrading and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. The right person will ensure the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within the organization.
This person will also provide senior technical experience with solutions such Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Protection, Okta, Google G-Suite, Meraki / Ubiquiti networks (WiFi / wired), Zscaler, on-boarding, and off-boarding employees, isolating problems and implementing solutions. The IT Operations Manager will work directly with the internal IT team, external vendors and manufacturers to discover and communicate technical solutions.

Compensation: The role described above offers a base salary of $135,000 to $165,000. Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity. In addition to the above-mentioned salary, Total Rewards include a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below.
