Murali Vajjiravel

Murali Vajjiravel is the current CTO at Octane. Prior to this, they were the Head of Engineering at GEP Worldwide from May 2020 to June 2021. Before that, they were at Amazon as the Head of Engineering for Alexa Smart Home (DRS) from January 2019 to May 2020.

Murali Vajjiravel studied mathematics, electronics, and physics at Christ University in Bangalore, India. Murali then went on to study computer software and computer programming languages at Swathy Institute of Technology, also in Bangalore. After completing their studies, they worked as a software engineer for several years.

They work with Sean Fernandez-Ledon - General Counsel & CCO, Mike Dushane - CPO, and Steven Fernald - CFO. Murali Vajjiravel reports to Jason Guss, CEO.
