Shellie Oroshiba

Shellie Oroshiba, CIC, is a seasoned professional in the property and casualty insurance industry with extensive experience in both underwriting and business development. As the Business Development Director for North America at Octo Telematics since February 2023, Shellie focuses on enhancing financial outcomes and customer experiences for auto insurers through innovative telematics solutions. Previously, Shellie served as a Senior Territory Manager at Foremost Insurance and a Senior Commercial Underwriter at Farmers Insurance, where consultative sales techniques and complex account management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Shellie has been the Owner and Head Coach of Pure Power Triathlon Training since 2004, overseeing all aspects of the business. Education includes a BA in Educational Psychology from California State University-Sacramento and a fellowship at the National Institute of Health in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
