Rebecca Belcher

Rebecca Belcher is a Substance Abuse Counselor at October Road, Inc. since June 2023, with prior experience as a Behavioral Health Technician at Norton Children's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023, and as a Women's Lacrosse Graduate Assistant at Spalding University from June 2021 to January 2022.
