Itay Neeman

Itay Neeman is the current VP of Engineering & Product at OctoML. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Engineering at Okera from April 2019 to March 2022. Itay has also held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Splunk from July 2011 to March 2019, and Software Design Engineer II at Microsoft from August 2008 to July 2011. Additionally, they have worked as a software engineer intern at both Microsoft and Bloomberg LP. Finally, they served as Head Teaching Assistant at Brown University from September 2005 to May 2008.

Itay Neeman has a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from the University of Washington, a BSc and BA in Computer Science and Economics from Brown University, and an Atlantic College.

Itay Neeman reports to Tianqi Chen, CTO & Co-Founder. They work with Spencer Krun - Head of Infrastructure, Josh Fromm - Head of ML Systems.
