Qaiser Abbas

Qaiser Abbas is a seasoned machine learning professional with extensive experience in designing and deploying advanced AI solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Octopus Digital since August 2024, Qaiser previously held the position of Machine Learning Engineer at SDSol Technologies, where a notable achievement includes the creation of an end-to-end food recommendation system and a therapy notes generator that significantly improved efficiency. Qaiser has also contributed to academia as an AI Instructor at the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, and has experience in deep learning and computer vision projects, including weed detection and medical speech recognition. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Qaiser's research on melanoma diagnosis has resulted in published papers, further solidifying expertise in the field.
