Job description

At Octopus Energy for Business (OEB) we help UK businesses flourish, with a combination of our smart green energy products and outstanding levels of customer service.

We are on a rapid growth trajectory (+100% in the last 12 months), as we radically disrupt the business energy market for the better, just as we’ve done with household energy.

What you'll do

  • Become an expert in large business energy supply
  • Owning every aspect of your customers portfolio, and addressing all queries , complaints, billing and metering work
  • Building relationships with well known brands, CPOs, and developing partnerships by attending face-to-face meetings and regular hangouts and emails
  • Working with various industry parties such as Meter Operators, Data Collectors and Distributor Network Operators
  • Ensure we’re compliant with industry code BSC by working to ensure 99% of our portfolio is reading or dialling
