Zdenko Koscina has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Zdenko began their career in 2004 as an Urban Transport Systems and Logistics Analyst at FDC Consulting Group, where they participated in transportation studies and logistics optimization projects. Zdenko also developed tools for fleet management optimization during this time.

In 2006, Koscina joined LAN Airlines, where they held multiple roles. Zdenko initially worked as a Customer and Business Intelligence Analyst and later became the Jefe de Investigación y Desarrollo Customer Intelligence. In this role, they led the innovation of the advanced analytics area within the Marketing Vice Presidency, supporting strategic decision-making and the development of various marketing, customer loyalty, and service projects.

Koscina then became the Host Project Leader at LAN Airlines, leading a significant technological project to migrate the company's central sales and airport systems to a new international provider. Zdenko successfully managed a team of 20 engineers and oversaw a portfolio of 15 technological projects associated with marketing, customer experience, loyalty, and intelligence.

In 2014, Koscina joined Dux Partners as a Gerente de Proyectos, where they directed and developed consultant teams in strategy and operational efficiency projects in various sectors such as transportation, construction, and consumer goods. Zdenko also played a key role in promoting and developing the company's technological innovation area, adding value to consultancy processes through optimization and simulation systems.

In 2017, Koscina co-founded i-DUX, a company that provided advanced analytics services and technology solutions based on AI for the logistics sector across industries like construction, fuel, and mining. This endeavor later evolved into Octodots Analytics in 2019, with a primary focus on the mining industry. Koscina served as the co-founder and CEO, leading the company and its flagship product, Octopus Mining Suite, which optimized mining operations in large-scale mining sites in Chile, Peru, and Africa using AI.

Zdenko Koscina studied at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Transportation Systems and Logistics in 2004. Prior to this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the same university from 1998 to 2003, obtaining a degree in Ingeniero Civil en Industrias (Civil Engineering in Industries) with a Diploma in Ingeniería de Transporte (Transportation Engineering). Their field of study throughout their education was focused on Transportation and Logistics.
