John M. Reilly has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. John M. is currently serving as the Vice President and Managing Director at Aquestia USA since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Programs at Great Western Valve from 2021 to 2023.

From 2017 to 2020, John worked as the President of the Energy, Power Generation, and Engine Cooling Division at API Heat Transfer. During their tenure, they were responsible for the full P&L of an $85 million division and led the company's transformation into a global matrix organization.

Before API Heat Transfer, John held roles at Rittal Corporation as the Global Vertical Market Manager for the Oil and Gas industry in 2015-2016. John M. implemented a successful sales strategy and maximized market penetration.

From 2002 to 2014, John worked at Philadelphia Mixing Solutions, Ltd. John M. served as the Vice President of Global Capital Projects and Industrial Sales, Vice President of Global Industrial Sales, Director of Sales, and Regional Manager for Texas. In these roles, they exceeded sales and profit targets, led the merger of two divisions, and implemented successful sales models.

Prior to that, John worked at Motion Industries as an Outside Sales Manager from 1993 to 2002, where they grew and managed various territories within the company's network. John M. started their career as the Head Junior Varsity Football Coach at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory from 1990 to 1993.

John M. Reilly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from the University of Houston, which they earned from 1992 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Texas Tech University from 1988 to 1992. John M. completed their high school education at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, they attended the Motion Institute from 1994 to 1995, where they studied Industrial Technology.
