José Conchello

José Conchello has a diverse background in various industries. José is currently working as the Lead Senior Front-End Product Engineer at ocV!BE, a company focused on smart city development. Prior to this, José worked as a Product Developer at Britelite Immersive and as a Frontend UI Developer at Lightform, where they specialized in augmented reality projection mapping. José also has experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer at SimpliSafe, a technology leader in IoT home security. José's earlier experience includes roles as a Demo Specialist and Delivery Coordinator at Whole Foods Market, a Bronze Foundry Apprentice at New England Sculpture Service, a Spanish Translator at Language Associates, and a Disc Jockey at Norman All Nite DJs. Throughout their career, José has demonstrated their expertise in software development, user experience design, and project management.

José Conchello received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Studies and Global Enterprise from the University of Oklahoma from 2006 to 2011. José then pursued Industrial Design at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 2013 to 2014. Currently, José is completing a Master's degree in Creative Technology at Harvard Extension School, which they started in 2019 and is expected to finish in 2024. In addition, they have obtained certifications in React.js Essential Training and React: Using TypeScript from LinkedIn, as well as a certification in Front-End Web Development from Harvard Extension School in 2020.
