Jennifer Smith has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR partnership, employee relations, and benefits administration. Jennifer has served as a Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Ocwen Financial Corporation since 2014, where they act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and aligns HR strategies with business unit goals. Prior to that, they worked at PHH Mortgage for over a decade in various HR roles, including Human Resources Business Partner and Director of Employee Relations.
