Nir Lander

Born and raised in Israel, he holds a degree in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering from CEFET-RJ. He has a post-graduate degree in Information Security from UNI-Rio, an MBA in Strategic Business Management from IBMEC-RJ and Business Essentials for Executives Course from Wharton - University of Pennsylviania.

Originally from the Telecommunications industry, where he made a career over 14 years, Nir has more than 20 years of professional experience in topics related mainly to Internal Audit, Compliance, Corporate Fraud, and Risk Management, in which he holds international specializations and certifications. In 2018, he was recognized by the survey "Compliance on TOP", as one of the 20 most admired Compliance professionals in Brazil.

He joined Ocyan in 2016 as Chief Compliance Officer, and since 2019 he has held the position of VP of People & Management, being responsible for the areas of People, Communication, Information Technology, Administrative and Facilities, as well as Procurement and Logistics.

Nir is also a Board Member of the Norberto Odebrecht Foundation and an Independent Member of the Audit Committee of the Sistel Social Security Foundation.
