Kumud Naugai has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Starting in 2011, Kumud worked as a Technical Support Officer at HCL BPO. After that, from 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Technical Operations Analyst at IBM, where they conducted workshops, gathered requirements, and conducted analysis for the Telecom business operations.

In 2014, Kumud joined PISoftek as a Support Specialist, responsible for providing PL/SQL and HTML support to clients using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They also designed solutions and provided Level 1 support.

From 2016 to 2018, Kumud worked at McKinsey & Company, first as a Systems Engineer 2, handling Salesforce administration and creating validation rules and workflows. Later, they became a Technical Advisor, managing technical operations for different in-house developed McKinsey Solutions and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

At Westpac, Kumud worked as a Business Support Analyst from 2018 to 2021, where they were responsible for system administration of SharePoint, Clarity, and JIRA systems.

In 2021, Kumud joined ezyCollect as a Technical Support Specialist L2, managing and resolving challenging issues, mentoring junior support specialists, and providing excellent customer support. They also handled installations, troubleshooting, and utilized SQL knowledge to identify and provide solutions for customers.

In 2022, Kumud joined TrueLayer as a Senior Client Operations Specialist, defining support processes, acting as the point of contact for strategic clients, onboarding developers and clients, and analyzing trends for feedback and bugs. They also worked closely with engineering and product teams to improve the quality of the product.

Currently, Kumud works at Odaseva as a Tier 2 Support Specialist.

Kumud Naugai completed their high school education from St. Francis Convent School between 1996 and 2006, earning a High School diploma. Kumud then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, graduating in the year 2011. In 2016, Kumud obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
