Laura Costello is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in stakeholder communications, sustainability, and business development. Currently serving as a member of the Development Committee at Odd Arts, Laura contributes to the charity's mission of using theatre to combat inequalities. Previously, at Smart DCC, Laura held roles including Head of Stakeholder Communications and Sustainability Lead, where efforts focused on developing a three-year strategy for operational transformation. Laura's experience at Lowri Beck Services Limited involved key positions such as Head of Smart Resource Delivery, where coordination of various stakeholder activities supported the Smart Metering rollout. With an Executive Masters in Business Administration and a BA in International Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University, Laura combines strategic oversight with a dedication to driving positive change.
