Kathryn Hildbold

Kathryn Hildbold is the Vice President of People at Odeko. Kathryn has over six years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions at two previous companies, Slice and Crowdtap.

Hildbold graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Organizational Dynamics. Kathryn began their career as a consultant at Deloitte, where they worked with clients in a variety of industries on organizational development and change management initiatives. In 2014, they joined Crowdtap as their Director of People and helped the company grow from 100 to 250 employees. Crain's named Crowdtap one of the 100 Best Places to Work in NYC three years in a row and Fortune included them on their list of the 3 Best Places to Work in Advertising & Marketing in 2015.

In 2016, Hildbold left Crowdtap to join Slice as their Director of People. Slice is a pizza ordering platform that connects people with authentic local pizzerias nationwide. Hildbold was responsible for leading all aspects of human resources at Slice, including recruiting, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. Kathryn helped the company grow from 30 to over 100 employees during their four-year tenure.

Hildbold is currently the VP of People at Odeko, a technology company that provides an end-to-end solution for food and beverage businesses. In their role, they lead all HR functions and is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

Kathryn Hildbold has a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University.

They work with Nicole Mozeliak - COO, Randolph Rodrigues - CFO, and Todd Sundsted - CTO. Their manager is Dane Atkinson, CEO & Founder.
