Nikhil Deshpande

Nikhil Deshpande currently serves as Vice President of Engineering at Odessa, managing Technology Consulting teams for LeaseWave 5.0 client implementations on Azure Cloud and On-Premise installations since March 2023. Previously, Nikhil was with FIS, holding roles such as Development Director for Data Management Services and Associate Director for Virtus, where leadership of over 150 individuals was key to realizing the company's technology vision. Nikhil also held positions at AIRVision Infinity, focusing on the digital transformation of legal publishing, and at FIS and SunGard, delivering functional roadmaps and supporting regulatory enhancements for risk management products. Nikhil's career began in software development roles, with foundational experience at Tech Mahindra, Neilsoft, and Knights Technology. Nikhil earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computers from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
