Thomas Shin

Thomas Shin has worked in the data operations and analytics field since 2012. Thomas began their career at Haemonetics as an Application Support Analyst, providing support for software applications related to blood laboratory management, blood component manufacturing and distribution, and blood drive recruitment and scheduling. In 2015, they moved to ZirMed as an Implementation Engineer, eventually becoming a Lead Implementation Engineer. In 2017, they joined Livongo as a Data Operations Manager and was promoted to Senior Manager, Data Operations. In 2020, they transitioned to Teladoc Health as a Senior Manager, Data Operations. Currently, they are the Director, Data Operations & Analytics at Odeza.

Thomas Shin has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012. Thomas has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn, including Leadership Foundations: Leadership Styles and Models (October 2020), Leading from the Middle (October 2020), Communicating with Empathy (September 2020), and Transitioning from Technical Professional to Manager (April 2019).
