Amit Seth holds an extensive background in executive search and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Research at Odgers Berndtson. Previously, Amit held positions including Senior Associate in the Industrial Practice and Executive Search & Selection Partner at Vestas. Experience also includes being an Associate Principal at CxSearch Global Partners, as well as various roles as Associate Consultant at Amrop India and 3P Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Education includes an Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a T. Y. BCom. in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
