Clarke Havener

Clarke Havener is Vice Chairman and Head of the US Board Practice. Clarke is based in Odgers Berndtson’s Washington DC office and is also a member of the Aerospace, Defense & National Security Practice. He was most recently the Global Sector Leader for the world’s largest Aerospace, Defense & National Security sector with Korn Ferry, where he spent 11 years. Clarke was previously a Partner with Russell Reynolds Associates and led the firm’s Aerospace & Defense sector for 10 years. He managed his own firm for 10 years and had previous experience in business and loan restructuring as well as sales & marketing.

Clarke is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and studied at the graduate level at Johns Hopkins University. Clarke is active as a member or board member of several industry associations.
