Sue Johnson

Sue Johnson is a seasoned professional in the fields of inclusion and diversity, currently serving as the Managing Partner for Inclusion & Diversity Consulting at Odgers Berndtson since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sue operated as an Inclusion & Diversity Consultant for suejohnsondiversity limited and worked as a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor at PwC Switzerland, contributing to the enhancement of HR practices for various organizations. With a significant tenure at Nestlé S.A. from 2006 to 2016, Sue held positions including Global Head of Diversity and Global Head of Customer Facing Supply Chain, driving initiatives to foster gender balance and improve customer service. An established leader, Sue also founded the International Dual Career Network from 2011 to 2015. Sue holds a master's degree from the University of Reading and a bachelor's degree from The University of Edinburgh.
