Tom Hancock

Tom Hancock serves as the CFO & Board Practice lead at Odgers Berndtson, focused on Executive and Non-Executive appointments in Financial Services since January 2023. With prior experience at Russell Reynolds Associates in executive search and advisory, and at Spencer Stuart within the Financial Officers Practice, Tom has developed a strong foundation in senior leadership recruitment. Additional roles include leading the CEO & Board Practice at JCA Group and serving as an Associate at Marlin Hawk, where expertise in the Wholesale & Retail Financial Services sector was honed. Tom holds a BSc in Business and Information Management from Loughborough University.
