MacHteld Tiessens

Machteld Tiessens is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coordinating, education, and project management. Currently serving as Coördinator vrijwilligers en informelezorg and Voorzitter Ondernemingsraad at Odion since August 2012, Machteld has also held roles such as ICT-medewerker applicaties and projectleider ortec7. Previous experience includes founding Zierr, a handmade jewelry company, and working as an Onderwijsassistent in special education. Machteld's career has encompassed recruitment and HR roles at Accenture and ING, as well as educational coordination for ING call center training. With a strong educational foundation in Information Management from NCOI and Teaching from Hanzehogeschool Groningen, Machteld continues to enhance skills at the Instituut voor Gebarentaal.
