Dale Gort

Dale Gort is a Principal Engineer in New Product Development at ODL, Inc. since April 2022. Previously, Dale served as a Commercialization Program Manager for the RADx Program at the National Institutes of Health from June 2020 to July 2022, aimed at enhancing the nation's Covid-19 testing capacity. Dale also worked as a Senior Program Manager for New Product Introduction at Haworth from September 2017 to April 2020, leading cross-functional teams to achieve $20 million in projected sales. Prior roles include Supplier Development at Royal Technologies Corp. and Senior Product Engineer at ODL, where Dale contributed to the research and development of new products. Dale's early career includes significant contributions at Johnson Controls Automotive as both Project Manager and Senior Product Engineer. Dale holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
