Holly Cochrane

Holly Cochrane is a seasoned HRIS professional with extensive experience in workday configuration and human capital management. Currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at ODL, Inc. since August 2021, Holly specializes in optimizing Workday’s Absence, Benefits, Compensation, HCM, Recruiting, and Talent business processes. Prior to this role, Holly held various positions at Spectrum Health from October 2013 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading Workday ERP implementation and managing Absence-related initiatives. Holly also gained experience at Perrigo from August 2010 to October 2013, focusing on maintaining HR data in SAP HCM and assisting with payroll processing, as well as earlier roles in recruitment and administrative support at Manpower. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Communication from Western Michigan University.
