Scott Holzwarth

Scott Holzwarth has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Scott started their career in 2006 at Federal-Mogul as a Manufacturing Engineer and later took on roles as a Lean Coordinator and Project Manager, Process Engineer, Operations Supervisor, and Value Stream Manager. In 2012, they joined ITW Dynatec as a Focus Factory Manager and later became the Global Business Unit Manager for Packaging. Scott'slast role at ITW Dynatec was as the Director of Global Operations, where they led a team of 100 employees across four countries and achieved operating margins of 32% in 2016. Scott is currently working as the Director of Manufacturing at ODL, Inc.

Scott Holzwarth attended the University of Michigan from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering.
