Ken MacAllister

Ken MacAllister is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist at Odlum Brown Limited, Ken focuses on improving onboarding, training, mentorship, and career development while implementing a Dayforce LMS for personalized learning plans. As the founder of Mindsocket Consulting, Ken has worked with more than 100 clients across various sectors, specializing in educational media production and artificial intelligence applications. Previous roles include Instructional Design Manager at FortisBC and significant contributions to training department setups and LMS implementations at companies such as Article and Boston Pizza International. Ken holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology & Learning Design and a BA in Cognitive Science from Simon Fraser University.
