Jenon Fernando has been working in the field of customer service since 2015. Jenon began their career as an Acting Supervisor at SriLankan Airlines Official in 2015. In 2017, they joined findmyfare as a Team Leader - Reservations and Travel Center UK as a Travel & Tour Consultant. In 2021, they joined oDoc as a Data Analyst, Head Of Customer Support, and Team leader - customer support.
Jenon Fernando has an extensive educational background. In 2002, they completed their G.C.E. (O/L) at S. Thomas' Preparatory school, Colombo 03. Jenon then went on to S.Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia, where they completed their G.C.E. (A/L) in Business/Commerce, General in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Foundation degree in Business Management from Saegis Campus. Currently, they are pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Computer Software Engineering at ICBT Campus. Additionally, Jenon has obtained four certifications from LinkedIn in Customer Service Foundations, Customer Service: Managing Customer Expectations, Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting, and Phone-Based Customer Service, all in March 2022.
