Lionel Willems

Lionel Willems (魏礼彦) currently serves as Head of Services at Odoo, where responsibilities include establishing the new Australian office for the ANZ region, managing a team of ICT business analysts, and overseeing ERP implementation projects. Previously, Lionel held positions such as Team Leader for Business Analysts and Project Managers and Business Analyst/Project Manager at Odoo, along with freelance roles as a French tutor and writer for IEEE. Additional experience includes project management at Port Cities and an internship in supply chain management at PACARBEL S.A. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Engineering from Louvain School of Management, an MBA from Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, and intensive Mandarin studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
