Lucian Dunlop

Lucian Dunlop is a seasoned Pre-Construction Manager at ODS, specializing in communication and stakeholder management, alongside expertise in data analysis, business improvement, and process refinement since April 2018. Prior to this role, Lucian spent over a decade at Oxford City Council, where responsibilities included serving as Team Leader in the Highways and Engineering department, managing civil engineering projects, and fostering team development as Team Manager. With experience at Thames Valley Police as an Emergencies & Public Enquiry Officer and as an Area Controller at Serco Integrated Services, Lucian brings a diverse background in emergency response and logistics management. Lucian holds an ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management from EWGROUP and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Coventry University, complemented by a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from AXELOS.
