Philip Schmidbauer

Philip Schmidbauer currently serves as the Vice President of Solutions Design at ODW Logistics, where responsibilities include supporting Network Design and Continuous Improvement initiatives to create consistent value for customers. Previously, Philip held roles at XPO Logistics and Con-way, Inc., including National Account Executive and Lean Project Manager, where contributions centered on improving Lean practices within the Cincinnati Region. Earlier experience includes managerial positions at LeanCor, Logistics Solutions International, and Transfreight, overseeing operations and logistics management for clients such as Bosch Automotive and Subaru of Indiana Automotive. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University.
