Arun Thottumkara

Arun Thottumkara, PhD has an extensive background in the field of chemistry and pharmaceutical research. Arun currently holds the position of Director of Chemistry & Enabling Sciences at Odyssey Therapeutics since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Guest Lecturer in Chemical Neuroscience at Stanford University from July 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Odyssey Therapeutics, Arun worked at Denali Therapeutics, where they held various roles including Senior Scientist, Lab Leader, Project Team Lead from February 2020 to March 2022, and Senior Scientist and Scientist in Discovery Chemistry from 2017 to 2020. Arun also accrued experience at REVOLUTION Medicines as a Scientist in Discovery Chemistry from 2015 to 2017. Arun began their career as a Ph.D. Candidate at Stanford University from 2008 to 2014 and worked as a Researcher at Harvard University from 2005 to 2008.

Arun Thottumkara, PhD, holds an AB degree in Chemistry and Public Health from Harvard University. Arun also obtained a PhD in Chemistry and Neuroscience from Stanford University.
